The following is a list of licensed facilities which has been provided by each State's Department of Health. Because every state is different in its categorization of facilities and because lists change frequently, this list may not be complete for your area. While this list only contains licensed facilities, All Things Aging Parents does not endorse any of these facilities. We strongly recommend that you use due diligence when researching and choosing a Long Term Care facility for your aging parents.
